Keira and Nikki wanted a wedding day that honored their faith, their queer relationship, and the people who have supported them along the way…
And they weren’t willing to sacrifice any part of themselves to do it.
Their LGBTQIA+ wedding in downtown PA layered private moments with an inclusive church ceremony and a rowdy downtown reception!

Kaeli Caprio was on top of the day-of coordination, and Split Ends Hair Salon served gorgeous looks for this wedding day.
But before their ceremony, Keira and Nikki took some time for themselves…and I’m so glad they did!
Their first look was full of big feelings (Nikki is a proud big crier — which I love!), and it set the tone for the rest of the day.
We moved to a quiet bridge for some private vows, which gave them space to speak to be completely present with each other before stepping into the full ceremony with everyone watching.
On a wedding day, these are some of the moments that matter most because they create memories that don’t leave when everything else gets busy and blurred.

For a queer couple, choosing to be married in a church isn’t always easy…which is exactly why this ceremony felt so powerful.
Their ceremony at Willow Valley Chapel in Lancaster, PA, led by Pastor Chris, set the tone for faith and full inclusivity.
It was about standing confidently in who they are and what they believe, and inviting the most important people in their lives to be a part of it!
Plus, Nikki and Keira chose Tacori rings from Brent L. Miller, a local Lancaster, PA, jeweler known for both beautiful craftsmanship and being openly LGBTQIA+ friendly.
The point? Every detail of their ceremony reinforced the same message: faith and identity get to exist together.

After their ceremony, the day shifted into full celebration mode!
Keira and Nikki’s reception at TELLUS 360 brought all the downtown Lancaster energy: rooftop views, a packed dance floor, and the kind of party that keeps everyone on their feet!
Their signature cocktail — named after their precious pup — was a crowd favorite, and catering by Cracked Pepper Catering kept everyone energized well into the night.
(Fun fact: A huuuuge storm rolled through during their ceremony, but cleared just in time to give us a gorgeous backdrop for a rooftop party. Talk about perfect timing!)

You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your authenticity for the perfect wedding day, and Keira and Nikki’s love story proves you do get to have it all.
